Assistant Manager Full Time BartenderThis position is for only the most professional of candidates.
The ideal candidate will be capable of making a complex array of mixed drinks as well as posses good wine knowledge.
This is a great opportunity to work with a winning team in one of the last great railroad hotels built in America. Our horseshoe bar will be you domain in which you can make great drinks and meet our wonderful international clientele. With 6 stools and 7 tables you will have a captive audience to work with.
You will also make and dispense all drinks for the 25 table restaurant staffed by five servers.
- This is a five night per week position. 4.00 pm to 11.00.
- We pay a professional hourly wage plus your tips will be considerable.
- You can live in a small town where the cost of living is low and make money as if you are in a major city.
- We offer hiking, skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, canoeing and quad riding trails as recreational options close by.

Assistant Manager for a fine dining Restaurant
This is for the second assistant position working under a General Manager and Assistant manager. Restaurant experience is mandatory. At least five years in either fine dining or family dining working as a lead trainer, server, bartender or assistant manager. The ideal candidate for this job could be either of the following.
A young server or bartender that has had some experience managing or supervising. Who wishes to join a management team to further their career in the industry? This will offer you the chance to work in a small restaurant that is food driven by a Chef owner. Managed by industry professionals. Local, regional food and fine eclectic wines. An operation that is a leader not a follower.
Or-
An older more experienced person that is looking to cut back their pace after years of working long hours in stressful positions. This will be a five day work week of 45 hours! The salary may be less that you have made in the past; however it may offer you the quality of life you are looking for.
As the Assistant Manager your duties will be as follows:
- Five day work week.
- AM shifts are 7.00pm to 4.00pm.
- Two consecutive days off every week.
- Paid vacation after one year.
- The salary will be commensurate with like positions in other fine dining operations of this size in the state of Arizona. This position is usually referred to as entry level manager.
