Join Arizona’s pioneering chefs John Sharpe of northern Arizona’s The Turquoise Room and Robert McGrath of the iconic Roaring Fork and Renegade Canteen as they bring Arizona’s food culture to light. VIP Saturday guests will enjoy Arizona-raised whole Churro Lamb spit-roasted on site and cooked over Alligator Juniper foraged from the forests near Chef John’s restaurant in Winslow, Arizona. Seasoned with Arizona wild herbs, pulled off the bone and served over a soup of Ramona Farm’s Tepary beans and Ga’visa – stone ground roasted Pima corn in a lamb broth with Native spices. Welcome cocktails and drink service provided throughout the day.
